1. Definitions

4. Account Management

Account balances are non-transferable between accounts. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your b8777 account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

b8777 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of residential address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified by b8777. Where an account balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the account may be closed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

b8777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and standard bank transfer to and from participating institutions including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your b8777 balance upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. b8777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the b8777 account holder. Third-party payment details will not be accepted.
